Shipping 

We deliver orders throughout Italy via express courier. 

 

Delivery Times 

– Italy (mainland): 24–72 business hours 

– Sicily and Calabria: 72–96 business hours 

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, logistics conditions, or peak  seasons. 

 

Shipping Costs 

– Italy: €7.90 

– Free shipping for orders over €60 

 

Order Tracking 

You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the shipment is dispatched.  You can monitor your order status in real time. 

 

Returns & Refunds 

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, as provided by the Consumer Code  (Legislative Decree 206/2005). 

 

How to Request a Return 

Send an email to info@promisingyoungguys.com including: 

– Order number 

– Reason for return 

We will provide you with all the instructions to proceed. 

 

Conditions for Accepting Returns 

The product must be: 

– Never worn or used 

– Intact, with original tags and packaging 

– Accompanied by the collaboration certificate (if included in the order) 

 

Return Shipping Costs 

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless due to errors or manufacturing  defects. 

 

Refund 

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and verifying the product’s  condition.

 

Damages During Transport 

Always check the integrity of the package upon delivery. 

In case of damage, you must send: 

– Clear photos of the damage 

– Detailed description 

The report must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
