The purchase of products offered on the Site is governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”), which the user is required to read carefully before placing an order.
1. Subject of the Contract
These Terms govern the distance selling of clothing and accessories (“Products”) produced and sold by PROMISING YOUNG GUYS through the Site, in accordance with applicable e-commerce regulations (Legislative Decree 70/2003), consumer protection (Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code), and European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation EU 2018/302).
2. Purchase Procedure
To place an order:
– The user selects the desired Products by following the online purchase instructions. – Sending the order constitutes a contractual proposal.
– The order confirmation sent by PROMISING YOUNG GUYS constitutes acceptance and completion of the contract.
Product availability is subject to stock limitations and the availability of limited editions. In case of temporary unavailability, PROMISING YOUNG GUYS will promptly inform the customer and, at the customer’s choice, issue a refund or replacement.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices shown on the Site are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process.

– Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
– PayPal
Payment Security
Electronic payments are processed on a secure SSL-encrypted server. PROMISING YOUNG GUYS does not store credit card data.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via express courier. Average delivery times:
– Italy (mainland): 24–72 business hours
– Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria: 72–96 business hours
Any delays due to force majeure are not attributable to PROMISING YOUNG GUYS.
Shipping fees:
– Italy: €7.90
– Free shipping for orders over €60.00
Currently, no international shipping is available.
5. Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer (under the Consumer Code), they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the Products, without providing reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to info@promisingyoungguys.com including:
– Order number
– Full name
– Purchased product
The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
PROMISING YOUNG GUYS will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for purchase.
Exceptions: No right of withdrawal applies to customized or made-to-order products.
6. Legal Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided under Articles 128– 135 of the Consumer Code. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer is entitled to restoration of conformity through repair, replacement, or, where applicable, a price reduction or contract termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (trademarks, logos, text, images, designs, and graphics) is the exclusive property of PROMISING YOUNG GUYS or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Liability
PROMISING YOUNG GUYS is not liable for:
– Service interruptions due to force majeure;
– Improper use of Products by the user;
– Minor differences between product images and the actual product (color, finish, or small details) due to the artisanal and limited nature of the production.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). For more details, please see the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
PROMISING YOUNG GUYS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Site.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, provided it is located within Italy.
